Job Summary

A customer engagement solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Telco Commercial Management Senior Director.

Must be able to:

  • Set direction and goals and work across a matrix of teams to achieve goals
  • Ensure customer lifecycle from sales to implementation, operations, billing and Care
  • Provide KPI achievements measures

Qualifications Include:

  • 25% travel expected
  • Experience in multiple VOIP Carriers as part of a total solution
  • 10+ years of Carrier Experience with focus on global knowledge
  • Understanding of Telco regulatory laws and compliance
  • Proven leadership in new Product / Commercial introduction or Product Management of Telecommunication solutions
