Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinician Support Specialist Tele Triage, PT Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Support clinical providers by preparing documentation and performing medication reconciliation
Manage patient communication and inform families of recent visits and new orders
Document triage notes and communicate care transitions to enhance patient care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or equivalency
Certified Medical Assistant degree is a plus
Typing speed of 45 words per minute or greater
Medical Scribing experience preferred
