Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote TeleApp and PHI Teams Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring quality administrative functions are performed in compliance
• Developing and managing exception processing
• Developing consistent “best practice” processes for all Tele-App teams

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience or 4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's
• 7+ years of experience in Financial Services Operations Leadership and Operational Excellence
• 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management
• Demonstrates strong project management leadership skills
