Job Summary

An IT staffing agency is in need of a Remote Telecom Subject Matter Expert.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Consult our team currently working on an implementation project for a government agency
  • Help us provide a successful launch of this system

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 client site visits will most likely be required during the project
  • Strong experience with Cisco Unified Communications (expert / SME level with configurations and implementations)
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, and the differences between E3 and E5 suites
  • Experience with Cisco networking
  • Strong consulting abilities for understanding and enhancing configurations and implementations
