Job Summary
A telecommunications and software company is in need of a Remote Telecommunication Sales Operations Staff Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Implementing enablement motions around our top strategic priorities
- Transforming, developing, mentoring, and integrating a sales support team
- Developing processes, systems, and tools to support our channel sales teams and indirect partners
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of management experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fluid Enterprise/Channel sales environment
- 8+ years' experience within SaaS and/or telecommunications; or equal experience related to Customer Experience/Success
- Experience navigating cross-functional teams
- Experience communicating directly to customers and indirect partners
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
