Job Summary
A global business services company is seeking a Remote Telecommunications Account Services Customer Service Representative in Phoenix.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Adjust billing, negotiate claims, and arrange product substitutions/returns
- Assess customers’ needs, suggesting products & services for their home & business needs
- Manage customer concerns while meeting goals in Serving, Solving, and Selling
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6 months experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens
- High school diploma, GED or relevant work experience
- 1 or more years customer service experience
- Ability to learn and apply new procedures.
- Good teamwork and communication skills
