Job Summary

A computer hardware and services company is filling a position for a Remote Telecommunications AIOPs Technical Product Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Translating customer opportunities and requirements into detailed user stories
  • Developing proof of concepts of new and emerging technologies
  • Developing and reviewing technical collateral and marketing claims

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; or equivalent work experience
  • 7 years’ experience in the communications service provider marketplace
  • In-depth domain knowledge, including experience with OSS and BSS products
  • Technical depth on systems management and remote diagnostics
  • Ability to articulate value as Next Gen Ops increases the overall solution value
  • Technical understanding of the core hardware elements of a service provider data center
