Job Summary

A mutual life insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Telecommunications Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating with clients, development area management and staff, and vendors
  • Designing and implementing complex voice and data telecommunication projects which typically span multiple business functions
  • Performing quality acceptance testing

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years supporting contact centers on a Nice InContact platform
  • 5+ years supporting Nice Engage Call and Screen Recording
  • 5+ years supporting Avaya Communication Manager
  • Thorough understanding of call routing and the ability to troubleshoot issues
