Job Summary
A fiber optics telecommunications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Telecommunications Customer Engagement Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as primary support liaison between Hotwire Communications and our residential customers
- Promoting and maintaining a high quality, professional service-oriented image among customers
- Performing follow-up testing, and/or troubleshooting in order to assist customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to understand and empathize with customer issue(s)

- Ability to interact with various types of customers
- Direct unsolved technical issues to appropriate departments and personnel
- Ability to use Windows Operating system and navigate between various applications
