Job Summary

A TV service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Telecommunications Customer Experience Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Taking back-to-back phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift
  • Engaging with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for needs and technical issues
  • Establishing long-term customer relationships

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
  • Ability to work and remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift
  • Tech savviness with the ability to smoothly operate Windows OS desktop computer
  • Ability to speak with customers while logging information and navigating multiple programs
  • Flexibility to work hours that mirror our customers’ needs
