Job Summary
A telecommunications company is in need of a Remote Telecommunications Customer Operations Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define and develop Customer Success objectives
- Review Customer’s desired outcomes
- Pull usage data from the various internal tools
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Occasional domestic or international travel required to corporate and Customer sites
- Highly experienced, seasoned individual with a working knowledge of high-speed telecommunications
- 3-5 years in program or project management, service deployment, customer service, or engineering
