Job Summary
A multinational family of telecommunications companies needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Telecommunications Customer Sales and Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after hours inquiries and pre-paid service
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer impacting issues
- Assisting customers with products and services
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least one year customer service experience
- Call Center experience
- Advanced typing/keyboarding skills
- Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable and dedicated high speed is required to support business needs)
