Job Summary
A telecommunications company is in need of a Remote Telecommunications Customer Service Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing assigned accounts to fully support all sales associated activity
- Monitoring installation from order to delivery on special needs requests
- Educating customers on billing process, how to read bills and verifies billing accuracy, where appropriate
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- An Associates degree or significant relevant experience is required
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in similar account management responsibilities
- Have experience in the Telecommunications industry
- Must possess strong time management, communication, customer service, and organizational skills
