Job Summary

A telecommunications company is in need of a Remote Telecommunications Customer Service Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing assigned accounts to fully support all sales associated activity
  • Monitoring installation from order to delivery on special needs requests
  • Educating customers on billing process, how to read bills and verifies billing accuracy, where appropriate

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • An Associates degree or significant relevant experience is required
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in similar account management responsibilities
  • Have experience in the Telecommunications industry
  • Must possess strong time management, communication, customer service, and organizational skills
