A telecommunication services company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Listen carefully to customers with patience and courtesy
- Troubleshoot customer problems and identify solutions
- Educate customers and position company solutions to drive and close sales
