A family of telecommunications companies has an open position for a Remote Telecommunications Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Offering customized solutions, identifying sales opportunities and providing service
- Handling customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades
- Working to transition each call to a sales opportunity to meet daily and monthly sales goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- Passing any assessments or tests associated with the position
- Internet service with 12mb upload and 18mb download speed
- Being available, accessible and ready to work during established work schedules and shifts
