A leading provider of telecommunications services is in need of a Remote Telecommunications Customer Service Representative in Chandler.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and problem-solve solutions
• Listen carefully to each customer with patience and courtesy
• Use great communication skills to resolve customer's concerns

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Tech-savvy and know how to use that knowledge to find solutions
