A telecommunications company is in need of a Remote Telecommunications Customer Service Representative in Tampa.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Listening carefully to each customer with patience and courtesy
- Using your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to come up with solutions
- Using your great communication skills to resolve customer’s concerns
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
