Job Summary

A lease purchasing technology provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Telecommunications Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide support for all Genesys PureConnect / Interactive Intelligence (ININ) PBX telephony systems
  • Maintain contact center solutions for the business

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience maintaining large (250 agents plus), multi-site, complex contact center environments
  • Experience administrating and supporting Interactive Intelligence CIC 4.0 – 2019 r1
  • Experience with contact center technologies (e.g., ACD, dialer, call recordings, wallboards, etc.)
