Job Summary
A telecommunications company is in need of a Remote Telecommunications Implementation Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Onboard and train new customers throughout the 2-4 week implementation process
- Ensure our clients have everything they need to be successful
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- This position is not expected to do much travel, although special cases might come up
- Experience manipulating data
- Understanding of CRM and the broader sales tech ecosystem
- Experience with Telephony apps
- Experience working with Sales/Sales Ops leadership
- A thorough understanding of ‘cloud’ infrastructure, architecture and technologies
