Job Summary
A telecommunications company is filling a position for a Remote Outbound Sales Account Manager II.
Must be able to:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for care, sales, & retention
- Protect base revenue and meet/exceed sales/service targets
- Update customer information and resolve customer issues
