Job Summary
A translation and interpretation company is seeking a Remote Telecommunications Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Helpoing to create a culture of delivering high quality customer service and satisfaction.
- Directing and leading management in issuing, tracking, escalating, and overall coordination of the Access Service Requests (ASRs)
- Enforcing security standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT field of study or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required
- Technical level experience with Telephony, VOIP, Network components, DR/BCP and capacity planning
- Minimum of 6 years of overall technical experience with Enterprise Grade Platform
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing people in a supervisory capacity
- Technical level experience with the Microsoft product suite
