Job Summary
A telecommunications and software company is filling a position for a Remote Telecommunications Sales Engineering Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Partner with Sales leaders to align our technical team with our go-to-market strategy
- Train and work with tools and test equipment to provide service of multiple different technologies and network designs
- Manage the vision and strategy for the Sales Engineering organization
Position Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated ability leading a customer-facing team — strong people management, mentoring, coaching, and development experience
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to create and maintain trusting relationships with external and internal customers
- Proven track record of success
- High level of business acumen and understanding of how revenue leaders think
- Ability to lead and mentor a technical team of (SE) sales experts
