Job Summary
A call center consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Telecommunications Services Customer Success Team Member.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being in constant communication with our various departments
- Leading new clients as they are put into operation and addressing clients' concerns or changes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with Amtelco or Startel programs
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center management role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
