Job Summary
A telecommunications company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Telecommunications Support Technician in Salt Lake City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and troubleshooting, high profile and difficult technical issues
- Providing updates to customers and management on the status of urgent and high-profile issues
- Providing accurate and timely updates to our customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1+ years’ experience working with VoIP
- 2+ years’ experience in a technical support environment
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Technical writing experience
- Hold/obtain an industry recognized certification for networking (Network+/CCENT/MTA) within 6 months of hire
