A corporate travel management company has an open position for a Remote Telecommunications Systems Analyst in Salt Lake City.

- Managing operational component of a contact center phone system
- Designing, building, and implementing call work flows
- Providing reporting and analysis for leadership teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1 year experience managing a contact center phone system
- Experience with Five9 Cloud Contact Center Software, including Agent Desktop Plus
- Experience with skills-based routing in an ACD environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information
- Strong focus on defining and delivering an excellent customer experience
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and run projects
