Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Telecommunications Technician in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing departmental Moves, Adds, Changes
• Resolving and tracking end-user reported Incidents
• Assisting Engineer with project implementations

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel locally to sites located in Northern Illinois/Chicago
• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 or more years of experience, in Telecommunications related field
• Experience & skills with telecommunications Hardware and software communications systems
• Understanding of Carrier voice services
• Flexible in support of 7x24x365 operations. On-Call rotation
