Job Summary
A healthcare information technology services organization is filling a position for a Remote Telecommunications Technician in Northern Illinois.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing departmental Moves, Adds, Changes as Single Point of Contact
- Resolving and tracking end-user reported Incidents, tasks and new requests per defined SLA’s
- Assisting Engineer with project implementations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel locally to sites located in Northern Illinois/Chicago
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's, or Bachelor's degree
- Experience with telecommunications Hardware and software communications systems
- Avaya Aura CM, Session Manger, System Manager, G450 survivable gateways expertise
- Understanding of Carrier voice services and experience
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
