Job Summary

A wellness company is seeking a Remote Telehealth Clinical Patient Engagement Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide telehealth program support, including appointment scheduling, billing, and credentialing support
  • Work with our dietitian providers to collect and submit credentialing information
  • Monitor digital health tools & our electronic health record platform to proactively identify user experience issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Previous healthcare operations experience
  • Previous credentialing and/or payer enrollment experience
  • Proficiency in Excel
