Job Summary

A healthcare services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Telehealth Division Account Manager.

Must be able to:

• Meet initially with client to understand and set clear expectations/objectives that are attainable and sustainable
• Be responsible for all client communications
• Ensuring that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner

Qualifications Include:

• Have knowledge of Workers Compensation and Healthcare System
• Have a Bachelor's Degree
• Have Broad based knowledge of Insurance Industry Distribution, Functions, and Operation
• Be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Have strong PC skills
• Effectively present information and respond to questions from other managers, clients, customers, and the general public
