Remote Telehealth Registered Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Telehealth/Virtual - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and gather data for patient care coordination and discharge planning
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve discharge barriers and facilitate timely patient movement
• Participate in departmental operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Completion of a Registered Nurse program; BSN preferred
• Three or more years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Experience with Epic and/or Cerner is required
• Must hold a valid unrestricted RN license in Nevada and California
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
