Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Telehealth Registered Nurse in Indianapolis.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinating with client/patient/case manager and plan of care
• Using trended data to facilitate making visits on a day when an in-person assessment is indicated
• Maintaining a caseload of up to 150 telehealth clients per one FTE
