A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote Telehealth Support Specialist in Longwood.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Market telemedicine to potential clients such as hospitals, medical offices, home health agencies, etc
  • Present telemedicine procedures and educate potential clients
  • Contact patient prior to visit to confirm readiness for telemedicine appointment.

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Train clients on how to use telemedicine to complete their appointment from home or off site
  • Valid Florida Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • 1 year experience in a fast paced, medical office setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (word processing, spreadsheets, database, and emailing)
  • Excellent patient care and customer service skills
