Job Summary
A telemedicine company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Telemedicine Bilingual Spanish Care Advocate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Delivering amazing service to our providers and patients, primarily via email/messaging, following procedures and guidelines
- Conducting video appointments with members to support their goals with navigation and coaching
- Providing ongoing case management in accordance with the outreach schedule
