Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Telemedicine Care Coordinator in Austin.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining excel sheet with patient record numbers, staff contact info, and scheduled times
  • Answering all incoming calls, using hold as needed when multiple calls come in at once
  • Calling hospital staff to schedule new and follow-up video appointments

Position Requirements Include:

  • Excellent decision-making, communication and organizational skills
  • 1-2 years of customer service, reception or business experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • The ability to perform multiple tasks in a busy, ever-changing environment
