A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Telemedicine Care Coordinator in Austin.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining excel sheet with patient record numbers, staff contact info, and scheduled times
- Answering all incoming calls, using hold as needed when multiple calls come in at once
- Calling hospital staff to schedule new and follow-up video appointments
Position Requirements Include:
- Excellent decision-making, communication and organizational skills
- 1-2 years of customer service, reception or business experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- The ability to perform multiple tasks in a busy, ever-changing environment
