Job Summary
A provider of a mobile app and doctor-on-demand services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Telemedicine FNP and APRN Primary Care Provider in Columbus.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing panel-focused primary care medicine to adult patients
- Ensuring the highest level of quality primary care
- Ensuring your patients get the care and follow up they need
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
- Currently licensed in CA, NY, IL, WA, NJ, OR, GA, NC, AZ, VA, TN, OH or PA
- Ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
- Board Certification
- Valid DEA Certificate in good standing with all schedules to prescribe medications, including S2
