Job Summary
A privately-held employment-related search engine needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Telemedicine Physician.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Communicating with patients through phone, app-based text messages, and HIPAA compliant email
- Revising of care plans in collaboration with other medical staff and coaches
- Managing medication including prescription, dosage, and patient method of use
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Board Certified in Psychiatry or Certified in Addiction Medicine, licensed in one or more of the following states: Washington, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, Wyoming, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Kansas, Nebraska, Kentucky, Mississippi, Alabama and/or West Virginia
- 2+ years of experience in Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine
- Technology-savvy with using service apps like Athenanet, Zoom
- People oriented, relationship focused; experience with telehealth is desirable
- A secure private office with a professional background and appearance including proper lighting and direct high-speed internet capabilities to conduct video medical appointments
