A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Telemedicine PMHNP or PNP or LCSW or LMFT in Chicago.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Provide excellent care for children ages 3 to 12 years
Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management services
Support all aspects of children’s treatment plans

Position Requirements Include:

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, LMFT, or LCSW
Experience working with children
Ability to work closely with their parents and caregivers
