A telehealth platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Telemedicine Senior Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working closely with the Telemedicine Operations leadership team to scope, manage, and execute upon key business initiatives
- Executing in-depth analyses to translate data into meaningful insights and make recommendations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of experience leading operations and/or customer success, preferably at a high-growth, complex business
- 3+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing high performing cross-functional teams
- Success in analytical and operations roles within a rapidly growing company
- BS/BA degree
