Job Overview
To carry phone calls, to set appointments with leads that are warm from the company's structured marketing campaign. You will use the company's existing databases, to identify which leads are warm, and convert them into hot leads by setting an appointment to be conducted either at our office, or on a Zoom Call

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect spreadsheet - which will track the number of conversations from lead to appointment made, along with the number of sales made.

2. Make a minimum of 60 calls per day, and 300 calls per week, ideally resulting in 150 conversations, and 50 interested parties for the next part of the sales funnel.

3. Speak to existing clients, to move them further down our funnel, to generate interest in new and existing offers.
4. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, personal visits & business networking events.

5. Monitor and report on the companies existing sales leads, and the yield they generate.
6. Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
7. Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.

8. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and sales skills.

9. To undertake any additional duties as the role might require.


to avoid misunderstandings you will be:

1. Personality: Self-driven, objective-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and net bottom line profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature, credible, integral and comfortable in dealing with people from all walks of life.

2. Specific Job Skills: Solution selling - able to communicate value, guiding the customer to purchase products via verbal communication over the telephone. Must be an excellent telephone communicator, able to demonstrate success and experience in sales development. Ideal background would be in financial sales, experience in Forex based sales would be a key advantage

3. Computer skills: Must be adept in use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Desired Skills and/or Knowledge on the following applications/software:

Microsoft Office: Word, Excel (Mandatory)
MetaTrader 4/Trading Knowledge (Advantage)
Ontraport CRM (Advantage)
Technical requirements:

Must have High speed internet capable of making outbound Skype calls to clients, should be able to send and receive small files (upto 10mb)
Must be in a quiet environment to ensure professional and undisturbed calls: Headset with Noise cancellation feature is essential.
Ideally a phone line, from which you are able to make and receive calls from what will be a London Based Landline, and UK Mobile or alternative VOIP Solution.
