Job Summary
A sports equipment company is in need of a Remote Telephone Consumer Care Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Professionally responding to and resolving inquiries to incoming consumer phone calls
- Striving for first call resolution, working to resolve consumer issues at the point of contact
- Working as a brand advocate across all brands supporting key sales and marketing initiatives
Required Skills:
- SAP or similar program experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience required
- Exceptional communication skills in verbal and written forms
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to type at least 30 wpm
