Job Summary

A sports equipment company is in need of a Remote Telephone Consumer Care Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Professionally responding to and resolving inquiries to incoming consumer phone calls
• Striving for first call resolution, working to resolve consumer issues at the point of contact
• Working as a brand advocate across all brands supporting key sales and marketing initiatives

Required Skills:

• SAP or similar program experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience required
• Exceptional communication skills in verbal and written forms
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to type at least 30 wpm
