Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Telephonic Behavioral Care Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting physician practices to integrate screening techniques and psychiatric consultations into their practice
- Screening, assessing, and providing brief therapy interventions
- Delivering high-quality, evidence based interventions to support people in need
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- MSW and LSW Licensure or RNs with Psychiatric Experience
- Ability to to work closely with our Psychiatrist and our partner physician practices to coordinate behavioral health care
- Knowledge of Medicare's new Collaborative Care Management (CoCM) program
