Job Summary

A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Telephonic Behavioral Health Care Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Employing a variety of strategies, approaches and techniques to manage a member's physical, environmental and psycho-social health
  • Identifying and resolving barriers that hinder effective care
  • Ensuring patient is progressing towards desired outcomes by continuously monitoring patient care through assessments or evaluations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Current valid social service license
  • Master's degree in a behavioral-health field, such as social work, counseling, or related health discipline from an accredited university
  • 2+ years or more of experience working as a behavioral health professional
  • Experience with behavioral change, health promotion, coaching and/or wellness
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
