Job Summary
A risk management company is filling a position for a Remote Telephonic Case Manager in Cherry Hill.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing medical case management to individuals through coordination with patient, physician & other health care providers
- Assisting in completing First Report of Injury/Illness form, investigate claim, as appropriate & processing completed First Report forms
- Coordinating Independent Medical Evaluations
Position Requirements Include:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in state of operation (NJ)
- Case management experience in worker’s compensation
- 3 or more years’ of recent clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation
- Must have one of the following certifications: CCM, CRRN, CDMS, or COHN
