A healthcare services provider is in need of a Remote Telephonic CCM Compact Licensed Registered Nurse Case Manager .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide medical and vocational services to injured individuals
• Assist consumers in their recovery so that they may return to the highest level of function as possible

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Current, unencumbered compact RN license required
• CCM required
• Worker's compensation case management experience required
