Job Summary

Diversified healthcare company serving U.S. and global customers is in need of a Remote Telephonic High Risk OB Case Manager RN.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting members with condition education, medication reviews and connections to resources
• Assisting members with the transition from a care facility back to their home
• Assessing for high-risk pregnancy via telephonic assessments and provide education for healthy pregnancy

Position Requirements Include:

• Current, unrestricted RN license in your state of residence
• Computer / typing proficiency to enter / retrieve data in electronic clinical records; experience with email, Internet research, use of online calendars and other software applications
• Problem solving skills; the ability to systematically analyze problems, draw relevant conclusions and devise appropriate courses of action
• 2 years of High Risk OB clinical nursing experience current / prior position as a Case Manager OR 3 years of High Risk OB clinical nursing experience
• Multiple state licensure (in addition to Compact License if applicable) or ability to obtain multiple state nursing licenses
• Access to secure high speed Internet via cable / DSL in home
