Job Summary

A company is looking for a telephonic interpreter, responsible for facilitating language communication for the Limited English Proficient community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective telephonic remote interpreting
• Answer inbound calls in a timely manner
• Adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct and maintain strict confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• Full fluency in both English and Karen
• Technology proficient with web-based platforms and Microsoft Word
• Access to a landline phone for sound quality
• 2+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred
• Industry-specific certifications or 40+ hour medical interpreting training preferred
