Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Telephonic Licensed Social Worker.
Must be able to:
- Assess patient and family psychosocial needs
- Link patients and family to appropriate community resources
- Document patient and family status, diagnosis, treatment plan, goals, and interventions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to work Pacific Standard Time 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Master's Degree level licensed social worker: LMSW, LSW or LCSW
- License must be current and unrestricted in the state of residence
- 2+ years of post-graduate medical social work experience
- Basic proficiency with Word
- Access to dedicated work space from home for in home office set up
