Job Summary

A risk management company. is in need of a Remote Telephonic Patient Advocacy Triage Nurse.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Provides telephonic assessment and makes treatment recommendation
  • Recommends appropriate provider based on state law and provider network requirements
  • Educates caller on self-care instructions based on national telephonic triage protocols

Qualifications Include:

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing with a diploma/Associates degree
  • Current RN licensure in Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
  • 3 or more years of clinical experience in occupational medicine or related medical field
  • Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of triage in the field of Workers’ Compensation
  • Ability to maintain a compact license and additional licensure to include all 50 states and DC
