Job Summary

A for-profit health insurance and wellness company is filling a position for a Remote Telephonic Registered Nurse Case Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure member case management, reporting, and compliance as it relates to CMS standards
  • Collect and analyze data related to member health status needs to assess outcome
  • Meet operational metrics standards for the team and individuals

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel Occasionally, if required
  • Work Saturdays
  • Live within the Mountain Time zone or be a New Mexico, Colorado or Arizona resident
  • Have active RN license in New Mexico, or able to be licensed in NM, and ability to be licensed in multiple states
  • Have at least 5 years of varied clinical nursing experience and prior experience working in case management
  • Provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for home office with a minimum speed of 10mbs download x 1mbs upload
