A software company has an open position for a Remote Telephony Manager in Orlando.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Determining current and future customer needs for these components based on a range of market research techniques
- Championing a user centered design process throughout the organization
- Facilitating communications throughout the product development lifecycle to all teams
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, MIS, or computer science preferred
- 2-4 years of experience as a Telephony Engineer, Project Manager or Business Analyst
- Understanding Cisco Collaboration Portfolio preferred (VOIP, UCCX/UCCE, etc.)
- Experience delivering healthcare telephony solutions preferred
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
